Office Manager Position for a well established company in the Nothern beaches

An established Australian business in the Northern beaches ia seeking a proactive Office Manager to join their team. This is a diverse and hands-on role where no two days are the same, you will play a key role in supporting business operations, customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Your new role
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing high-level administrative support across multiple business functions.
Your duties will include:
- Diary, email and travel management for senior leadership
- Preparing correspondence, reports and business documentation
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and logistics providers
- Processing customer orders and coordinating dispatch activities
- Monitoring stock levels and raising purchase orders as required
- Managing CRM records and maintaining accurate business data
- Coordinating website updates, pricing changes and inventory information
- Accounts payable and receivable administration using Xero
- Payroll processing and general finance administration
- Managing multiple inboxes, phone lines and general office operations
- Providing administrative support across various business functions
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Senior Administration role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience using Xero and managing accounts payable/receivable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Experience within a stock, logistics, warehousing or distribution environment will be highly regarded
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
